How to integrate with Bugzilla
Bugzilla Integration plugin allows to sync your work in Bugzilla with the work in TargetProcess. As soon as a bug is added/updated in Bugzilla, the changes are shown in TargetProcess.
The following bug details can be synchronized:
| Bugzilla → TargetProcess | TargetProcess → Bugzilla |
|---|---|
| Name Description Status Reporter Assignee Comments Priority Severity Create Date Attachments |
Status Reporter Assignee Comments |
How to Create Bugzilla Integration Profile
Go to Settings → Plugins and click Add Profile on the Bugzilla Integration screen.
Specify the Profile Name and the connection parameters:
- Url: a URL to your Bugzilla server.
- Login and Password: login and password of the Bugzilla user.

You also need to map one project with one Bugzilla Query. If you need to import and sync bugs from multiple queries in Bugzilla, or to multiple projects in TargetProcess, you should set up multiple Bugzilla profiles.
Click the Check Connection link to make sure that the connection went successfully. If you’re setting up Bugzilla Integration for the first time, you’ll see the following message:

The tp.cgi script enables communications between TargetProcess and Bugzilla. Please, download the script for your version of Bugzilla and put it to the Bugzilla root folder:
[tp_distrib_folder]\TP-2.22.X.XXXXX-setup\TP-2.22.X.XXXXX\Tools\Plugins\BugzillaIntegration\BugzillaScripts\X.X.X\tp.cgi
Data Mapping
It is very easy to map the States, Priorities and Severities in Bugzilla to the States in TargetProcess:

There are two actors in Bugzilla: Assignee (a person who will fix the bug) and Reporter (person who’s added the bug). That’s why the Roles are mapped like that by default :

The roles mapping can be changed easily as well. The drop-downs include all the roles you have in TargetProcess and any of them can be selected.
You can map Bugzilla Users to TargetProcess users the same way:

Click Save to save the profile.
The sync will begin soon and will run every 5 minutes. The sync progress and errors (if any) will appear in the Log:

Now all the bugs from the Bugzilla Query you’ve included to the Profile are imported to TargetProcess:

Also, in the Bug view page you will see the unmapped data from Bugzilla:
